About Me:

Arun graduated from The University of Bedfordshire in 2012 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Sport Science and Personal Training. He provides freelance personal training in a variety of forms and specialises in weight loss, looking to specialise in strength and conditioning throughout 2013 with a long term goal of becoming a Premier League Football Sports Scientist. Arun has a vast sporting experience, playing football for Burgh Town FC, Skegness Town FC, his University Team, and the local youth team from a young age where he captained three out of his four teams. Gaining sports training experience through univeristy training with the football, cricket and swimming teams, his interest in exercise and sports performance grew further. He is a big supporter of the RNLI after working with them as a Beach Lifeguard in the summer seasons, and helping to run fitness training sessions and fitness testing for them which he currently assists every summer. Working as a beach lifeguard he has assisted in maintaining the fitness levels of the lifeguards as well as working as a lifeguard himself. Arun is now working as an Academy Sports Scientist for the 2013/2014 season with the professional football team; Peterborough United FC. During which he is responsible for the sport science training sessions and fitness testing and monitoring throughout the season.

Over recent years Arun has trained family, friends, colleagues, clients and sports athletes. He is flexible and can provide training programmes for weight loss, muscle building and/or improving performance.

Finally I would like to thank you for taking the time to visit this website and read about him, and he looks forward to working with you in the future.

Regards,

Arun Gray
