To start with you will have to do an initial test. This is simply do as many sit ups as you can without stopping. Don't cheat, lifting your head off the floor doesn't count! Then, using the tables below, do the sit ups in the corresponding column (self explanatory really!). If you manage over 30 sit ups in the initial test, start the program at week 3.
