100 Press Ups

You might need to do a little more than some press ups to build a chest like Arnie, but this 6 week programme is a good start! Press ups strengthen and tone the pectoral muscles, triceps, deltoids and part of the back so they are a good all round exercise for the upper body.

To start with you will have to do an initial test. This is simply do as many full press ups as you can without stopping. Don't cheat, half press ups don't count! Then, using the tables below, do the press ups in the corresponding column (self explanatory really!).
